OPW ACQUIRES LIANYUNGANG JUMP PETROLEUM CHEMICAL MACHINE CO. LTD

CINCINNATI, OHIO – November 5, 2013 – OPW, an operating unit within Dover Corporation's (NYSE: DOV) Energy segment, and a global leader in fluid handling solutions, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Lianyungang Jump Petroleum Chemical Machine Co. Ltd ("Jump"). Jump is a leading provider of top loading and LNG onshore loading equipment in China. The company will become part of OPW's Chemical & Industrial business unit. Jump products will be marketed in the Asia-Pacific region.

Tim Warning Named President of OPW Fluid Transfer Group

São Paulo, Brazil – OPW Fluid Transfer Group, part of Dover Corporation, recently participated in a technical presentation on the safety benefits of its equipment when transporting chlorine and alkalis at Clorosur's 9th Safety Transportation Meeting for Chlorine and Alkalis, and 5th Technical Seminar. The seminars took place in São Paulo, Brazil on November 21-22, 2006 and brought together representatives from many countries throughout North and South America. Hosted by Clorosur, the association representing the Chlorine and Alkalis industry in South America, the seminars are focused on educating the chlorine, alkalis and derivatives' manufacturing and transportation industries on the proper handling techniques and systems throughout the supply chain.

In this role, Schriever will be responsible for the growth and development of the company's position within the biofuels industry. Schriever will develop an integrated suite of biofuel-compatible products, using all six divisions of OPW Fluid Transfer Group's products. The Group is comprised of OPW Engineered Systems, Midland Manufacturing, Civacon, Knappco, Sure Seal and OPW Fluid Transfer Group – Europe. Schriever will also coordinate the sales strategies with each of the six division's, with a special emphasis on ethanol producers, shippers and original equipment manufacturers.
